We respect your right to privacy and are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our Users. Collection of personal information
We will, from time to time, receive and store personal information you and the User (you) enter onto our Site, provide to us directly or give to us in other forms. Collection from third party operators
To facilitate the operation of the Site, we perform automated information collection when integrating with third party services such as Google Accounts, LinkedIn, Google Drive and Dropbox. When logging in with Google Accounts or LinkedIn, we will access your full name, email address and avatar image as provided with the account synchronisation process. When synchronising files from Dropbox or Google Drive, we will request read only access to your nominated account in order to facilitate the serving of files to contacts you nominate. Additionally, Google Drive synchronisation will request full read, write and edit permissions to facilitate the export of native Google Documents (Sheets, Docs, Slides and Drawings) to contacts you nominate.
Use of your personal information
Personal information is only collected in situations where you have consented; where there is a legitimate interest to disclose the information and; where the disclosure of personal information is required for the fulfilment of our products or services to you.
We may use personal information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. We may also make you aware of new and additional products, services and opportunities available to you.

We occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service.
